Shipping

  • How are the orders shipped?
    All StarBuy orders are shipped with Australia Post. Australian shoppers can choose between a Standard or Express service. Both the standard and express services can be tracked online. Orders to NZ are shipped with Australia Post Registered International Parcel service. This service cannot be tracked online.
  • Can you guarantee delivery dates?
    No. All delivery date guides are approximate only. While Australia Post is very reliable and delivers all over Australia and to NZ, there are some inevitable delays. We suggest you allow a few extra days to be on the very safe side..
  • Do I need to sign for my order?
    Yes. A signature will be required on delivery. To avoid any delays, please have your parcels shipped to your work address if you know you are not going to be home.
  • What happens if delivery is attempted and no one is home to sign for it?
    If no one is available to sign for a parcel when the courier comes to deliver the parcel, the courier will leave an ‘Attempted Delivery’ card. The card will be marked with a tracking number and will also state the post office where the parcel is being held on your behalf. Simply present the card along with a suitable form of a photo ID to the post office mentioned to pick your parcel up at your convenience.
  • Will I be notified when my order is shipped?
    Yes. On shipment you will receive an e mail from StarBuy with the tracking details including the parcel consignment number.
  • What shipping options does StarBuy offer?
    StarBuy offer a Standard (Road freight) and an Express (Air freight) service. We suggest the Express service for clients who wish to receive their purchase sooner. All NZ shipments are via Australia Post Registered International Parcel service.
  • What are your shipping charges?
    Shipping charges depend on the weight of the article and the distance from our Sydney warehouse / office. Shipping charges are automatically charged as soon as the system works out the post code we are shipping the parcel to.
  • What is Click + Collect
    StarBuy offer a Click + Collect service as a shipping option. Click + Collect are free shipping orders that must be picked up by customers from our Sydney CBD office. As soon as the order is ready to be picked up, an email with all the details will be sent. In case you would like to nominate someone else to pick the order up, on your behalf, please send us an email with the name of the person. We will view their ID and then release the parcel. Click + Collect orders can be picked up on any weekday (Monday to Friday). Our office hours are 8am - 5pm.
  • What is the pick up address for Click + Collect orders?
